Our process is simple and straightforward.  You can be involved in each step as much or as little as you want.  At every stage we are making sure your project is exceeding your expectations.

1. Getting to know you

It’s really our job to understand who you are and what you are trying to say.  We need to get inside your head and understand what you are seeing as a end result.  It’s really about producing your vision.

2.  Develop a message strategy

Once we have gotten to know you then it’s then time to decide on what type of video will serve you best.

3. Write a script

The script is really the blueprint for your project.  From the script we break down each and every detail that will be needed.  We can write you a script from an idea you have or if you have a script ready to go we would jump right into producing it.

4. Determine a budget

When people start talking budgets they usually think the creativity comes to an end. But this is not the case with BluFire. Once we know what limits the project will have that’s when the creative work really starts.  The first question we ask is “How can we make this project look like it cost a lot more than it actually did?”  Working with a budget is all about creative problem solving.

5. Pre-Production

Pre-Production is everything we do before we actually start shooting or “production” on your project.  This will include breaking down the script, getting talent (actors) lined up, finding locations, and all scheduling.

6. Production

This is where, for most people, the fun really starts.  We take all our plans from Pre-Production and set them in motion.  We roll cameras, say action, and get all our footage in the can.

7. Post-Production

If Production was the fun part then Post-Production is where the magic really happens,  Editing, animation, graphics and authoring.  This is were the project really takes on it’s finished form.

8. Delivery

And finally at last it’s time for delivery.  This could be an Authored DVD, or a video compressed for web viewing.  We prep your video for the intended distribution channels.
